At VINIMAY® Professional, we want you to be completely happy with every product you order and we will do our absolute best to make sure that your shopping experience is satisfying. If for any reason, you decide to request a refund or exchange, we would love it if you first contact us and share your feedback so we can properly customize our compensation process based on your specific experience.

Purchases made on our website may be returned up to 10 days after confirmed delivery for a refund of the total (excluding shipping charges) to the original method of payment. Items must be unused, unopen, and in the same condition that you received them. Please also note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refund process

Once the items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days. Please note that refunds take 3-5 days to post to your bank account. You can contact us if you have any questions regarding the status of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account again in 1-2 business days. Next, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is fully processed and officially posted to your account. In the unlikely case you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, SALE items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 

If you received an item and it is damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within 10 days from receiving your order. Just send us the details here.
